Project T.A.N.G.O.: (Technical
Assistance for Neighborhood & Grassroots
Organizations) is an innovative community mobilization
project initiated in 2003 by One Voice for Volusia. The goal of the
project is to support community improvements through
the provision of technical assistance and support for neighborhood,
grassroots and/or faith-based groups and initiatives.

T.A.N.G.O. On-Line Library,
a user-friendly guide to the best community and organizational
development-oriented resources available online and on loan from the
One Voice for Volusia Resource Materials Library. This resource is
available to the public and is utilized by the technical assistance
volunteers in their support of grassroots, faith-based and
neighborhood groups.
