We’ve all had bad experiences. Perhaps you gave someone bad news\, your manager lashed out at you\, a direct report got emotional during a meeting\, or a client vehemently disagreed with your perspective. During this session\, we’ll explore why we tend to avoid difficult conversations\, learn how to apply tools to effectively tackle tough conversations\, and discover ways to manage emotions – ours and others to keep the conversation moving forward. \nAbout the Speaker:\nDeb Featherston\nDeb partners with organizations to build committed\, top-performing individuals\, teams\, and leaders.
