Volusia Cares Emergency Rent & Mortgage Assistance Program
We regret to inform you that due to extremely high demand, funds for the Emergency Rental and Mortgage Assistance (ERMA) have run out. Review of all pending applications has been suspended until further notice. All announcements regarding future rental and mortgage assistance through Volusia County will be posted here. We do not anticipate additional available funding until after November 1, 2025.
IMPORTANT Program Information:
- Assistance through this program is limited and in high demand. A limited number of pre-screening surveys will be accepted each Monday morning at 8:00 AM (not on holidays)
- The application process is completely online through the LINC Me Platform
- In person assistance, phone calls and emails are not accepted or monitored
- There are income limits and limits to the amount of assistance that is available
- There are many documents required, make sure you have clear copies of all documents on the list ready to upload through your phone or computer
