Trade Up! Contextual Leadership Program with Susan Elliott-Rink

The Trade Up! Contextual Leadership program, facilitated by Susan Elliott-Rink, provides a methodology for helping leaders, professionals, and emerging staff identify and address their blind spots using practical tools and reflection. Individuals often have habitual ways of acting and behaving that can get in the way of their commitments (e.g., well-being, peace of mind, confidence, communication, authentic relationships). Contextual leadership allows organizations to reveal and eliminate invisible constraints and limitations that are operating in the background of the organizational culture. Having folks participate in this work allows an organization to develop a culture where everyone thrives.

As an organization leader, we invite you and up to five members of your team to join us at a session. When thinking of who may benefit from contextual leadership, we recommend that you include your high-performing, high-potential, and high-value staff who want to accelerate development and impact performance. This program can build and expand relationships in Volusia County through our shared leadership language and understanding of how contexts are shaping our future.

• In order to get the maximum value from the program, we ask that you clear your calendar for the duration of the program. If you are unable to do so, we recommend that you participate in another program that works for you.
• On full-day intensive dates, onsite lunch will be provided along with water and snacks.
