Summit FAQs
The Health & Human Services Summit is a networking event for organizations within the health and human services sector. The Summit is a great opportunity to connect, learn, and collaborate with other local organizations. We will host training sessions and roundtable discussions in addition to the exhibit hall where community organizations will host tables to display their services.
The event will take place on Thursday, April 3, 2025 from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. at the Ocean Center (101 N Atlantic Ave, Daytona Beach, FL 32118).
The Health & Human Services Summit is for organizations and their staff. Anyone can attend the Summit at no cost. Organizations wishing to host a table in the exhibitor hall must register online and pay the associated fee
Those wishing to attend the Summit can walk the exhibitor hall to talk with community organizations, attend trainings, and participate in round table discussions. Attendees are welcome at no cost and do not need to register.
Exhibitors are organizations that will host a table on the exhibit hall floor. Typically, 1-2 staff will man the table throughout the day. Exhibitors can walk the exhibit hall floor, attend trainings, and participate in round table discussions. Exhibitors must register online and pay the associated fee.
Lunch options will be available for purchase in the east lobby of the Ocean Center building. No outside food/beverages are permitted.
There is no cost to attend the Health & Human Services Summit unless you/your organization wants to host a table on the exhibit hall floor.
There are 3 parking lots that will have available parking:
- Parking will be available in the main parking garage on the corner of A1A and Earl Street next to the waterpark.
- Parking will be available in the parking lot on the west side of the Ocean Center building. Use the entrance on Auditorium Boulevard.
- Parking will be available in the parking lot on the south side of the Ocean Center building next to the Peabody Auditorium. Use the entrance on Auditorium Boulevard.
