The thrive by five Collaborative is an active group of community leaders representing organizations focused on two shared goals:
- Volusia and Flagler County Children are prepared to enter kindergarten ready to learn.
- Volusia and Flagler County Children are emotionally and physically healthy.
Through bi-monthly meetings, the thrive by five Collaborative is focused on collective action on 8 Desired Outcomes for children and families in Volusia and Flagler Counties:
- Prenatal Care and Health Care
- Assessment and Early Intervention
- Early Childhood Education
- Freedom from Abuse and Neglect
- Adequate Income and Support
- Safe Neighborhoods
- Family Involvement
