Join One Voice for Volusia for the next Coalition meeting on Wednesday, September 11.
Meeting Topic: Halifax Health Hospice Bereavement Programs & Honoring Veterans
Halifax Health Hospice will be providing a detailed overview and discussion of the programs, events, and community partnership groups available. Halifax Health Hospice offers free grief services to not only their hospice caregivers and families, but also to community members that meet criteria for their other programs: Children’s BeginAgain and Traumatic Loss.
Attention Veterans! Halifax Health Hospice will be extending a Veteran Pinning ceremony in honor of any veteran in attendance at the conclusion of the presentation. A pin will be presented to each veteran by a Halifax Health Hospice staff member.
