One Voice for Volusia Coalition Meeting

The Spotlight is on You: Share your Organization’s Info at the June One Voice for Volusia Coalition Meeting

Join us at the June 11 Coalition meeting as organizations will have the opportunity to give a 30-second overview of their services. We can learn about other agencies, have a better understanding of what they offer, and know how we can connect with them.

The format is simple:

• The organization/agency will have 30 seconds to give a “commercial” which can include an overview of services, upcoming activities, and how the group can support. Consider providing information on how to refer to services, volunteer, participate, build awareness, etc.
• One representative from each organization/agency can speak but must keep the limited time in mind as there will be a timer to keep us on track.
• The session will end promptly at 10:30 a.m.
• If we run out of time for folks to speak, agencies can email us a short paragraph description of what they want to share, which we will include in the follow-up email.
• There is no need to bring a slide deck, and the Network Zone will be open to distribute materials.
