OVFV Coalition Meeting - Creating Recovery Pathways: Aligning Levels of Care for Long-term Success

In April at the Health & Human Services Summit, community partners came together for an important roundtable discussion about the continuum of care for substance use disorder and what it takes to support individuals throughout their recovery journey. In September, we’re continuing the conversation.
As September is National Recovery Month, this is a meaningful opportunity to recognize the strength of recovery while also examining how our community can work together to ensure individuals have access to support at every stage of their recovery journey.
At our upcoming One Voice for Volusia Coalition Meeting, Foundations to Healing will facilitate a follow-up discussion focused on strengthening connections across our local system of care. Whether or not you participated in the original Summit discussion, we invite you to join us. Your experience and perspective can help us continue building a more connected system that supports individuals not just at one point in their recovery, but throughout the journey.
